Can i wear minimum pieces in the shower?
Absolutely. You can wear our pieces every day without worrying about taking them off to shower, you can even wear them in the ocean (just give them a rinse off afterwards).
The majority of our pieces are 14k Gold Filled (read more on materials here), we also craft in 14k Solid Gold and .925 Sterling Silver - all of which are safe to wear in water.
The process of Gold Filling is a completely different process to that of Gold Plating, which is generally the root of all 'jewellery in the shower’ concerns. Gold Filled pieces will maintain their shine for far longer than Gold Plated pieces, even when worn in the shower.
where are minimum jewellery pieces made?
Most of our pieces are designed and made to order in Melbourne.
There are a few pieces in our range that we are not able to make from our studio, these pieces are made in the U.S.A by our trusted supplier.
Every piece within our range is carefully finished, inspected and polished before it leaves us.
how long will my jewellery take to arrive?
All of our pieces are handmade to order so shipping time estimates begin once the piece has been made (allow 1-2 business days).
STANDARD SHIPPING:
If you're in Australia, allow for between 1-7 business days depending on whether you’re in a Metro or a Rural location.
Overseas customers allow for 5-20 business days depending on where in the world you are.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
If you’re in Australia, allow for 1-3 business days depending on whether you’re in a Metro or a Rural location.
Overseas customers allow for 3-10 business days depending on where in the world you are.
does minimum accept returns?
Yes. We do not, however, offer refunds or exchanges on any of our customised pieces (stamped, custom lengths or sizes) unless in the event that the piece arrives faulty.
Should you wish to return or exchange your non-customised piece, just let us know via email here, before sending the piece back (all necessary details will be provided). Once the piece has been returned and assessed to be in new condition, then the refund, store credit or exchange can be organised.
Return claims must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Purchases made during sale time are final.
Should your Minimum piece break, free repairs are available where possible on all of our pieces, regardless of the order time.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING MY MINIMUM PIECE REPAIRED?
Simply reach out to us via the ‘contact’ tab detailing the repair needed - be sure to include your original order number too - and we’ll be in touch within 48 hours with your options.
Once the repair is deemed possible, you’ll need to post the piece back to us at the studio (all details will be supplied over email), where we’ll repair the piece for free to then send back to you.
Which currency are minimum jewellery prices displayed in?
All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
how do i figure out my ring size?
We use Australian standard ring sizing, each size is represented by a letter - determining your size can be easily done by comparing the circumference of your finger or the diameter of a ring that fits to our sizing chart here.
Custom sizes are welcomed where it has been stated possible, this can be recorded in the “Notes To The Maker:” section at checkout.
