Our commitment

We thought we’d let you know the small ways in which we do our part for the sake of the planet.

All orders that leave the studio do so 100% plastic free, with the help of companies like Noissueco and Stickermule our packaging can avoid landfills all together. Each element within and around the Minimum Studios box you receive is either biodegradable, recyclable or reusable (in the case of our handmade jewellery pouches and boxes).

Any soft plastics that do accumulate within studio here are taken to our local Woolies for soft plastics recycling, and all supplier packaging is reused.

Each piece of jewellery bought by you has either been made to order or has been crafted in extremely small batches. This ensures two things; 1. That the piece you receive has been well made and carefully finished, thus, creating an enduring piece for many years to come, and 2. That there is very little excess waste here in studio.

Also, our parcels are sent exclusively through Australia Post who, as of 2019, committed to their carbon-neutral parcel delivery initiative and have since sent 160+ million parcels carbon neutral.

While these steps are only small and will not be responsible for changing the world on their own, we make them our responsibility.

The bigger the business, the bigger the environmental responsibility you have. Unfortunately a lot of large-scale businesses ignore this responsibility with profit in mind, which is why it’s crucial to consider a business’s environmental standing before purchasing from them 🌏 💙🪺
